Job growth, population growth, developments, home value growth, etc?

I was interested in this deal because of its proximity to a planned casino development in Bessemer City, which promised to bring jobs, economic growth, and increased housing demand to the area.

Real estate is not my primary job, and I travel quite a bit, so having the piece of mind that I don't have to worry about the 2am call is absolutely worth the fee. 

Then, they made an illegal move to reschedule the eviction without my knowledge by convincing a police sergeant to change the schedule to two weeks later!

Not sure what your work schedule is, but I would go to your county sheriff's sale and talk to buyers there.

This is a big job and even if the tenant is trustworthy, the electrician may not be.
