While you might use $100-$200 as a healthy goal for a LTR, several investors I know use $1000 per month as the BASELINE goal of a STR inclusive of all savings per month.

But since it's all in one location, I can't pretend to be an all inclusive expert on the city.

In Punta Cana, you'll have tho contend with the fact that most visitors want to stay in all-inclusive resorts and you can't compete against that while, in Tulum, you might have to contend with overbuilding of epic proportions and the ensuing competition.

I do all inclusive rent, you have to make it super easy for end users/tenants.

Peer Street alluded to safety of the investments because of their ownership in the property but our interest seems to be secured by some kind of all inclusive note that appears to be backed only by Peer Street Corp.
