Two cars fit inside an actual garage, two spots are uncovered, and the final spot, which apparently used to resemble a small carport with two lockers inside it, had doors added to it just before I bought my unit.When I first visited with my realtor, I was told the shed belonged to my unit, which implied that one of the parking spaces was mine since the listing said "parking + storage."

If it bothers you a lot, evict or don't renew, pay for turnover costs (as it appears will be necessary because your post implies she is a long-term tenant,) and have your PM search for and install a new tenant.

Because my cash flow was per unit, I thought you were implying a $1500/month cash flow for a single unit which, as someone with experience, you know what sort of rent that would require to achieve.

This implies an average SFR purchase from 3 years prior would have had to be on the order of at least $500/month negative to not to have cash flow (excluding for a refinance that extracted money).There is a big difference between initial cash flow and actual cash flow.

When we moved from Japan we were in Transit Billets over there....he was at David Grant Medical Center for 13 years before he retired.I am very close to someone that just used Real Estate Express for PreLicensing and the  the weekend before the test took a webex through "REal Estate Trainers" in Southern Ca and passed the state test the firat time.
