You have no rights to anything here.Maybe you can get an attorney to file some motion with some sympathetic court to show you were harmed by the seller in some way.

It’s to easy to permanently harm a person these days IMO.

I think it just makes more sense to read a book (or take a class) that accomplishes both.That said, reading a Geometry book will do no harm.

I'm not sure if its because their claims were shakey or there are other complicating issues.Yeah, I'm still "afraid" of occupied properties for this reasons, and, honestly, you never know if you get some wacko who wants to bother to deliver bodily harm...
