I typically charge them about $50 for an External BPO (Where I only look at the outside of the house) or $100 for an Internal BPO (Where I go through the whole house).  

In your country, anything over 4-5 PCi/L usually comes with a recommendation to vent the radon to the atmosphere external to the building envelope.  30 PCi/L would present a high risk factor towards developing {lung} cancer {particularly among smokers}.

I am currently putting up external cameras, have signs asking guests to respect quiet hours, have ordered a decibel monitoring device, and have visited with the police to explain I do not cater to parties.   

So maybe there's a price adjustment that could be used so you can qualify for external financing??

See, carrot sites aren't some magic little thing that gets you ranked.There are many aspects of the final score that will have Google place you on the web.Backlinks, readability of your site, internal linking, external linking, web presence, Site speed, security, and more...All of these metrics will get you a score.

I did quite a bit of financing for them as well in areas that we hand picked for them.

I think first few years minimal but we can't assume divorce, health, employment, external factors that force a sale.
