I am very exciting to have found this website, after spending the past 2 weeks pulling my hairs out trying to figure out the pieces to Real Estate Investing.INTRODUCTIONA little bit about myself, I am totally new to this whole Real Estate investing arena, at best 2 weeks of experience.

Real estate is just another problem for us to figure out.On the flip side we tend to be more introverted and small-c conservative than sales and marketing types, so we struggle with those parts of the business.I think you also get to a point in engineering where you have to decide whether to stay on a technical path or go over to the pointy-haired dark-side of management.

Tell him you do not buy houses that are listed but the second it is not listed anymore to contact you.Give them your number your email your address, a piece of your hair, a nail clipping, and an eyeball if you have to.He will reach out to you when that piece of pooples doesn't sell on the market!

While a new one is more valuable than an existing, you will be splitting hairs of maybe $500 on a $200,000 purchase and if they walk your carrying costs per month are most likely more than that.
