Hi AllI am new to the BP forum as well as flip and was hoping to get some feed back on best practices to get the ball rolling: I have looked at a few properties but realize I might be going about this a little off.

These responses fell through and he finally got feed up with the headache of dealing with buyers that were not as serious as they should be, and buyers that did not have their finances in order.

We plan on making $30,000-$60,000 and reinvesting half of our profits back into marketing in order to expand our lead generating channels.

Hi everyone,After lurking through the forums and BP YouTube channel for the last couple weeks, I finally decided to join the community.  

I checked out Tokeet but I dislike AirBNB even more for two reasons: time of payment and cancellation period so I would like another free or inexpensive software system similar to Tokeet but can not only accept multiple channels but will allow downloads from VRBO.Is there another VRBO out there and even if so what software can others suggest given the situations described.Thanks and I look forward to hearing from  you.

When one stays within proper bounds and treats tenants as you would like to be treated, there's zero risk - - and I don't feed the lawyers / state agencies for zero value returned to boot.Too much emotion in the expression of "need" here - - It might be well advised, but honestly,  never "needed".

Get me started in real estate (buy and hold strategy I would like to follow) and channel my current rent money into my own business property.
