I knew that this would be most effective when I started so I purchased a domain that featured the key words that I was targeting.However, If I felt that I would drive most traffic through local channels (print, word of mouth, b-cards) the I would have gone with something personal.I think you are on track by using your name.Just my thoughts.

Therefore if one does have an opportunity to make a principal payment (consider the person that might receive a large commission/bonus payment) the following month, the payment will be based on the new (lower) balance.However, just as any tool can be used for the wrong application, so too have many people used this type loan for all the wrong reasons.The two most common being 1) purchasing a larger house than one can truely afford just because the Interest Only feature produces a lower initial monthly payment. 2) purchasing a property with appreciation being the only goal and only exit stratagy.In any event, it is my opinion that it is usually not the best product for the average person or average circumstances.

In the interest of fair play, here are a couple of companies that offer online rent collection services, one of which is mine, but you should pick the one that best fits your goals: ClearNow -- just electronic checks, but simple and easy to set up RentingYourHome.com -- electronic checks, AMEX, VISA, MC, PayPal, has more features Payment Services Network (PSN) -- excellent product, but complex for a small landlord to set up; must be underwritten during process PayRent -- electronic check, AMEX, VISA, MC, PaypalIt's better for you the landlord to accept credit cards b/c you never deal with default (VISA chases bounced checks, not you), and they fund faster than checks.
