The tenant smoked weed, partied and trashed my place, the turn over cost is around $6000.

I know personally quite few Sec.8 Tenants who drive nice cars (Lexus, Jeep Wrangler), take vacations, enjoy shopping in high end malls......they work for cash and have free health care, food stamps and Sec.8 Housing.These are not legal reasons but that's not what I believe I should do.

Or, if the idea of roommates is off-putting (and who enjoys other random humans that much?)

More often than not it is enjoyable and a great way to make new friends.

More like I .. am  done... and now need a shower as I smoke my cigarette in bed.

Others drink, smoke, and don't try to help themselves in any way.

I actually lived in Uptown myself for a bit and really enjoyed the big D.
