Caution:  Personal credit card financing is a huge risk and good luck finding 0 percent interest today.

The risk increases the further you go from home, so I'd just stay home if I were you.

As Sean above alluded to- never pay a seller for your future hard work, risk and stress. 

They are literally working for free in hopes of getting paid when you close the deal.
