Like @Russell Brazil said there are general things that need to be in place.One that stings a lot of people is the main entrance door.

For contact management like that its awesome to search for specific types of people and locations or just data like "how long does it take to foreclose in texas".We have some other use cases as well that we use to track not only ours but competitors results online and learning what does and does not work for different aspects of the business.

Do people require it before signing the lease?

This is another reason why I see 1M posts on hear about people wanting to transfer properties to their LLC because some guru they paid $5k told them too.

Tons of people have the mini-consoles at home, but few have an actual arcade machine.After months of deliberation, we went with a 4-player machine from Quality Arcades with the track-ball and two light guns (ie, their top tier machine).

That sounds cheesy until you talk to people who have lost their purpose.

I talked to him by email once a while, and he is a very down to earth guy, always willing to help and to listen as well, very nice people.      

Nor does it pay well for an agent to spend a lot of time with a buyer that has an agency agreement but chooses to sit on their laurels instead of actively pursuing a purchase.Most agents who are serious about helping people do not have time to spend with lackadaisical clients or people who refuse to sign a buyer's agreement.
