@Keyonte Summers there is a lot of services and products to offer that one may not know.... it’s called creation😊 products and services we all herd of that right...you out of town and have invested in a city or state don’t know the process or processes and need a final realestate read who helps with it ?

This is a summary of the lecture but the gist is that real estate was a foreign idea to the middle east as it was a creation from land owners and serfs. 

A sophisticated investor is someone the issuer/sponsor (the person organizing the syndication) believes is knowledgeable and experienced with financial and business matters, but is not accredited.With the passage of the JOBS Act in 2012 and the creation of several new “crowdfunding” exemptions, non-accredited investors (i.e. everyone else) can now invest in certain syndications.

I'll keep rehabbing and holding houses for faster wealth creation, but thought that this may be good stable avenue for the extremely longterm outlook.

Syndications tend to max out at 7 years because the eventual (projected) sale is such a part of the value-add, value-creation.
