If they're just acting as an intermediary I'd ask why (confidentiality?

You have a duty to protect the confidential information of all applicants (not just the person who eventually rents from you). 

Dual agency is a huge conflict of interest and unless you really trust that sellers agent, I hope you did not share anything confidential with him. 

I suggest people keep the investment confidential.

Feel free to give a range if you'd like to keep confidential. 

Obviously there is nothing guaranteed here but I am confident I will get better returns than if my money was in the bank, even including capital gains tax if I pull my money out today.

I clicked on this post confident I was going to give some good, sound, financial advice.. but after reading the comments, I realized that I'm just a mere mortal amongst you Legends. 

If you are Wealthy, you might think someone that is satisfactory is broke and if you are broke you might think someone that is confident is utltra-wealthy (Thus why everything is so political these days).
