I have been reading on how to pro Se circuit court  and it seems very complicated.  

So there's no cash flow per se. 

I live outside of Dallas and have a rental property in SE Louisiana.

I realize that SE Atlanta is where the lower rents are found, but with the Fort Gillem project and Airport project I thought maybe SE Atlanta may become more attractive. 

For example, I'm swinging the hammer on my own BRRRR (SE quadrant) to I'm doing 6 BRRRRs and 6 Flips a year through a team (B quadrant).

Florida allows such matters to be litigated pro se, 

None of these issues are deal breakers per se but my concern would be on that low rent your capex could well exceed income.

While I am not looking for "advice" per se, I was hoping someone might say "That is pretty common in CA" or "That works but watch out for this pitfall" or "Read this post, it address a lot of your questions" or ....
