There is also Ford city and an area near the casino (Glengarry to Marion to Elliott St) that isn't too great.

I just invested in Everett, which has the Casino construction going now, though who knows how that will effect values (studies have been done that showed some areas have increase and some have decrease in property values with new casinos).

While I do not want to spend so much time on the dirty details that I can't make a decision, I am enthusiastic in the fact that I have recieved very valuable information.
