The idea of allowing a tenant to paint any surface in my apartments is just crazy -- they'll screw up everything I've done to bulletproof the paint jobs and allow easy touchup and colormatching.

Also the tenant started working for cash and I believe he may have been committing SNAP fraud but I have no proof.

If someone walks out with your TV or whatever, theres proof.

I feel Boston is the most recession proof out of all the areas you mentioned.

However, if the current owner of record does appear and does claim an interest in the property, then the party who has been paying the taxes would need to either provide the bankruptcy judgement as proof of their interest, or make a claim of adverse possession (that is assuming they can meet the legal requirements for adverse possession).  

Make sure you get proper proof that the animal is a legitimate support animal (i.e. get a verified letter from the psychologist/psychiatrist, call the office of the psychologist/psychiatrist, etc.).Hope this helps! 

You can use a jalousie style window to use the entire opening for ventilation, a cheaper slider for half the area, or glass block as you have now. 

If this is a great practice that will save me in the long run, I will bite the bullet and pay the cost however I wanted to get your input on the LLC. 

Chances are if you don't have the funds to close or a proof of funds then you won't be winning anything at the auction or with the banks.
