We are now on the downside of the subprime defaults and now we have yet to see the peak of prime loan defaults which is a much larger pool.Frankly, I think the shadow inventory, real or not, will have little effect since lenders are foreclosing at a fairly even pace.

I think I will continue to acquire at an aggressive pace straigth through the winter, i am hoping to see a decline in buyers, especially on the rental side and maybe even pick up some even better deals, even if it takes an extra month or two to rent, ill be just fine with the carrying costs.
