I like to stay with someone around 35-45 range when it comes to professional, a really nice blend, not too much experience where he couldn't really hear what people has to say, but enough experience and technology updates that they could easily adopt to what a contractor/owner wants.I like the story, exposes me to a more cautious world, and a new world of residential expectations which I lack.
