I'd think people are willing to work in any tourism based role.

We're proud of our community and the business we bring in both in tourism dollars and in tax revenue, but if this bill passes as written it will likely be impossible for us to keep our house. 

We sold it to a surf tourism company who was building a surf camp nearby.

(Ugh, this property seems so low-risk with its two STRs, in a community that lives and dies by the tourism trade...it's just silly to me that they're viewing it as too complicated to lend on!)

Cartagena on the other hand may be too over priced and in my opinion is over reliant on tourism.

While the cash flow won't be as high, the small mountain towns rely quite a bit on tourism, so we don't anticipate any regulations being placed in those areas that would prohibit us from continuing.  

I'm buy and hold with Vassar Hospital, Marist expansion and tourism; it will be a good rental.

As Ryan said, we have quite a few STR only communities with amenities and locations that are made for tourism and are zoned specifically for rentals.

Also, the Great Smoky Mountains are really close, but not so close that the tourism completely taints the city.
