It’s a sanding nightmare probably because you’re using the wrong tools for surface preparation.

This will include removing the mold, fixing the lath and plaster, and repainting all of the surfaces.

I paint too, somehow I got selected to be the painter of all paintable surfaces.

Expect more rehab than the surface shows.

On the surface looks like a pretty nice deal with what you gave us.

Pitbulls have a history of fighting of killing, granted if you never put them in that kind of situation those instincts will probably never surface... but if you present a situation then that dogs instincts WILL take over.

What I'm getting at here, is if the pieces were locked into each other the right way (achieving a flat surface from one to the other) they should not move like their moving at the center of the floor like that.
