I'm looking on some feedback on potentially expanding our wholesale business to Seattle WA, Portland OR, Riverside CA or Houston TX.

All,I’m looking at a package deal in Kansas City, it’s actual KCMO but it’s close to riverside and Gladstone, two good suburbs in KC.I’m curious to investors experience with one bedroom properties in suburbs.

My cousin and I currently live in Irvine and we have been looking at properties in Pomona, Corona, Ontario, and even Riverside.

Believe it or not, there are a decent number of properties that have sold in my market (Berwyn/Riverside/Brookfield area) that hit these returns. 

There is a lot of development going on in the Riverside Drive corridor to 71.

There is a big Real estate meeting in Riverside at the Mission Inn hotel. 6 30pm.

My question is should I sell my rental in Riverside County or continue to rent it out when the current lease expired in Aug 2017. 

I grew up in Escondido (went to orange glen).
