How can I start my research for the right kind of properties in Gatlinburg PG area?

If the plugs don't have a slot for the grounding pin then a tenant would have to go through a decent amount of effort to plug something with a grounding pin in. 

The papers have been releasing articles for about 2 years with people leaving Prince George to head to Kitimat, there was a particularly famous one last summer about PG having a shortage of hairdressers because they were moving to the coast to cash in on prime business before things really took off.

Hopefully, by that time you know the deal is a bit more likely to happen and you can ask the tenant about 1 week or 2 ahead of time for a showing and get all the potential buyers to come all on that time slot.

I know there are many angles here, but coming from an engineering background, there is slot of catchup work I'm doing here.

I dont know why anyone would use one of their credit slots to get a loan then right away sell sub too and still be on the hook for the loan..
