Add minimalist staging- a few wall effects, a plant or two, a few wine glasses and a plate out on a kitchen counter, etc.Better: Order your photos chronologically, as if they're in the exact order that a buyer would see as they walked through the house.

I'll just add that you are better off using whatever marketing funds you've budgeted to invite people in your sphere out for coffee, a light lunch or beers/wine after work...or host a happy hour for a dozen or so people.
