Don't believe the hype.

I don't like bloatware of marketing hype, so I spent a lot of time on the back-end of things, tuning my algos to be as close to what I would manually underwrite at.

everyone is so hyped on this BRRRR book but how many can really execute it at a velocity that is meaningful.I get it for the bigger deals and well cashed up investor.. but to me starter investors with limited capital this is a very slow process.. not to mention with no experience in rehabbing EXTREMELY risky especially remote rehab.. its all great in theory.. but what happens when the contractor steals 10k from you or does work that needs to be done over etc.. most are not capitalized well enough to take on those risks or if they do they don't realize the down side.

Forget all the hype they're feeding you and just offer what the numbers are telling you that you should be offering.

I hope this is the case as compared to another hyped of scheme to lure suspecting good hearted investors into a deal that is not what it was lead to be when they were trying to sell it to you. 

There are plenty of alternatives.You have to question if you are investing in hype or performance?....

Yet some how he is still pitching away more and more over hyped returns.

I kind of suspect that with all the " wholesaling" hype there may be a e-book in the works ..

They *might* be telling me the absolute truth, but I tend to interpret excess passion as 1 part truth and 5 parts hype.
