The landlord has to agree to take the voucher payment and no owner is required to do so unless the owner has used government funding or has used a tax credit program, inwhich case, they have already agreed to rent under the voucher system at the defined low-moderate income qualification levels.

I would start by reading what top moderators/forum posters are writing and asking tons of questions like you are doing right now.

Tax and tip are never included, alcohol is only included on some certificates.

The moderators have obviously had issues with people spamming and are little on edge.

What a $h}t hole.haha, I went to school in Stockton, if it weren't for alcohol weekends would have been excruciatingly boring :wink:
