Lol.What crossed my mind was he is making someone pay with the real intention to see if they would be a limited Partner in one of his deals.

Fixing and flipping REO properties can be a great opportunity, but there are a few key things to keep in mind.

What company did you end up going with, if you don't mind me asking?

If you're intrigued by the idea of flipping - these deals can be harder to acquire, consider looking into how to cold call owners of properties so that they will sell to you directly or how you can find these deals and sell them to like minded investors looking to flip or buy rental properties as well. 

Please share any good tips which I should be mindful about.
