We feel like it should be out of our hands in the event they start construction.

I host a quarterly networking event in the Phoenix, AZ area that will go monthly later in the year.

I know there does not seem to be a strong presence on BP for people in the New River Valley area (Pulaski, Radford, Blacksburg, Roanoke) but I would like to try and get some type of networking event going (either in person or in an online group). 

We have an REI meetup starting in Lakeland in the second week of May, it is in the events here.

Check out the events and meet ups section on the forum for local events in your area.

They are hoping to sell this land to purchase different land and would like to eliminate a taxable event.

Or purchase a facility that could be rented for events during the weekend.
