I had a harder time with the subcontractors like I mentioned, but that was more trial and error.

Hello BP Community, I just signed up for the 7 day free trial for RealtyTrac and I am curious to know if people have had success using this web app for buying foreclosures or utilizing some of the other info/services it offers?

What I found in a limited trial of advanced security deposits, though, was that competition is less scrupulous (or shorter sighted) and was willing to lower their SD requirements, which ultimately didn't help my case, ha!

I won the suit which was a total shakedown lawsuit but it cost my insurance company a million dollars to defend the lawsuit and we were in jury trial for six weeks.

Ultimately, I want to make the best decision and I understand either way I may go through the trials and tribulations of “landlorship” (I made that word up).

Although I understand the truth in your advice, trial by fire doesn't seem like the right approach here.

Obliviously this adds to my expenses, but I am looking for a budget friendly body that can basically attend the court dates for me and finish the trial.
