Despite the "high-demand" as indicated by the FF agent, I've only had one booking inquiry thus far (albeit the agent mentioned it usually takes 30-45 days for your listing to gain traction).

Advertised for travel nurses for a while (via FB groups and FurnishedFinder.com), but had low traction.

YES... you could likely get some traction and a great roi w/ $10/day. 

I noticed air bnb and VRBO haven’t getting much traction lately but Facebook and other platforms have.

@Will Barnard I have a thought, although I don't know how you'd get much traction on it since the judges seem to be a big part of the problem.Lawyers and firms can be penalized for filing frivolous litigation.

I also suppose it can be a decent option for common hallways and stairs where safety/traction are a concern. 

Knowing you want to keep the ball rolling and gaining traction but being stuck is hard to get past, but I think what everyone said above is the best route.

It's like spinning wheels; cannot get traction. 

The other one just listed a week ago but is getting a lot of traction.
