The minute it hits the thief's account they then move the money so no reversing it.. this is why closing companies have HUGE disclosures on each of their e mail headers or footers... its real it happens daily and its sad for those that get victimized

I asked about any copper thief and she said they 'were' trying to pull out (Inspector highly needed).I asked about # of offers and there's a couple but bank has countered because they are so low so I need to move on this fast.Thanks again.

Jay - American Parkway is a PRIME office location, mostly A+ office buildings...used to be always fully occupied...That is pretty alarming if you compare now to before....

What I do find a bit alarming is that BP members promoting discrimination against military members don't qualify it- for example, "military members are not yet a protected class in my state (Virginia), but you should check your state and municipality laws to be sure they are not a protected class in your state".

in addition to my rental contract, can I include an addendum that lists a whole bunch of items such as the following:-by signing this lease, you acknowledge that carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed in your unit. -$100 will be charged/deducted from your security deposit if damaged or removed-cars must be registered and in operable condition. cars may not be used for storage. management reserves the right to tow any cars not in compliance-management will pay for drain clearance once per year. tenants are responsible for any other clogs. management reserves the right to deduct this from the security deposit-if the unit is part of HUD(section 8) and the unit fails inspection for sanitary reasons, management reserves the right to hire a professional cleaner and deduct $200 from the security deposit.

Most people would be very reluctant to provide their GC, especially if they are good.Also, I use the simplisafe alarm system on my properties that are getting rehabbed.

The lienholder actually recommended doing a deed in lieu, which I alarmingly told her not to do since she would essentially just be walking away from the properties.
