@Paloma Wodehouse I started by going to Housing Court sessions and hearing the Cases and their "Dispensation of Justice".

In my analysis, I utilized a 40% assumption as a baseline, though I acknowledge that this may underestimate expenses for a park with the characteristics you’ve described.

Reason being, I hired a property management company (just now) and they're wonderful, they start officially in a couple days.
