I am sure there is a list to tell you what that particular property sold for.They are very creative and sophisticated as to the way they operate to get the best value for their clients.

It may seem intrusive, but I am dealing with very sophisticated tenants and they have appreciated it as far as I can tell.

Useless software upgrades have done that to many a 'sophisticated investor'.   

As the Brits say, its like "chaulk and cheese".The "Dave Deldados and Russ Dalbys will get theirs, they are sophisticated fraud promoters.My advice, Read books, ask questions here on BP, you will do well.And it will take you a while, so be patient.

However, something less sophisticated would definitely be preferable.

These are likely successful/sophisticated individuals in other areas of life. 

I have found that a more sophisticated approach is better in financial marketing and real estate than sizzle, trying to pull on emotions rather than business senses.

There isn't going to be any hiding of the purchase price, this is not going to fly with sophisticated parties as the gurus layout!

Investing in notes has gotten sooo much more sophisticated and complicated than it was 35 years ago when I started out.Back then we lumped all mortgage notes in the same category and concentrated on understanding the math!
