a strategy @Manny Cirino that has been around a long time is master leasing distressed properties for JV cash flows, as the foreclosure auction approaches the rent decreases, it's not unusual to charge 80 per cent of market rent, and 70 percent of market rent last 90 days of foreclosure.Jv s can be anything, 50 50 etc.

I have a stack of paperwork on my work desk about 4in high of all the crap I had to sign and send them... then after it was finally sent to the underwriter my signatures were out of date... so print them off sign and scan them back... for 60 days.... was a headache.

A former partner of mine was running that project and didn't take any pics of the original problem, which was a big error because then we had no proof that the "mold issue" was really two tiny spots of mold.

You need to do a deep scan of your system to take out possible infections.If the process is running and you can't remove it you will have to go into safe mode and take it out.No technical advice.Good luck.

People might be more open to that, seeing that you are bringing something of value to the table.I would also recommend uploading a profile pic so people can develop a relationship with a person, not the generic profile pic.Just my thoughts.
