In my opinion, the best agents, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, lenders will utilize AI as a complement towards their existing businesses to spur greater growth and operational efficiencies.

If it needs that much work will a traditional lender finance it and are you qualified to get financing?

Even if you use piers, they are usually concrete (which is OK for most lenders), steel or wood on concrete.

I have always thought it was kind of pointless to call their current landlord since they are going to give me a stellar review of their rental history if they want to get rid of them.

I would also have them review the video before they start cleaning next time they're there. 

As part of the short sale process, the lender will have an appraisal/BPO of the property to determine its current fair market value.
