Long story short, I was able to convince my original installer that I deserved a new coil and free installation because this was obviously a manufacturer's error (Lennox lost the suit) and I as a customer should not have to bear the cost of their mistake.

I'm having troubles trying to get a HELOC on my property and I cannot find any CMAs close to what my property is worth on an 8-acre partial with two dwellings ones a 1980 manufactured home the other is a stick-built 1932 trying to get CMAs having very hard time getting comps in my area the address is 6515 State Route 9 Sedro Woolley Washington 98284 the other house that's on the property is 6511 State Route 9 Sedro Woolley Washington 98284 can anyone please help me pull some comps on the property to see where I am at for pricing so that I can get a good idea what to ask for a HELOC on the property

@Vishwa Mishra I have not bought from PAC but know of the owners and they are reputable in the note space.

I also thought SeaTac had a reputation as being "blue collarish" but it reportedly is right in the middle of Seattle and Tacoma offering great path to progress and easy commute to Seattle (via rapid transit)....Alaska Air's HQ is right next to property and there are massive expansion plans, which looks to be a plus...On the other hand, I cannot help wondereing how many potential tenants want to  next to an airline construction activity and a casino.

MY point is you can invest with really good reputable HML in your market make basically all the return they do all the work and they charge the borrower points.. they don't take half your return.. 

I have closed relationship with a container manufacturing company as well and they also do create storage containers like Cody brought up above.
