The population is a nice size at around 90,000, and there is a lot of really good entertainment, and of course, lots of beautiful outdoor recreation and good air quality overall. 

No need to re-create the wheel if someone has already worked it out for you.

I am in the process on liquidating my out of state properties to recreate locally.I retired from the Army after 26 years and currently doing some contract work for the government in Georgia.

Of that 50M, 25M was allocated for the construction of a new recreational faculty that has since been completed.
