Given the lack of inventory and increased competition for assets in both San Antonio and Austin, investor activity has been consistent in the areas you mentioned due to necessity and price points vs. the larger cities (SA & Austin).  

In my opinion I am requesting documents that should already be a known and necessity in private lending, but she doesn’t seem to be forthcoming with the documentation I am requesting.

From what I understand my blink and amazon accounts are linked for function and while i understand the necessity for a PM to monitor security cams, and have the ability to send ekeys, i wouldn't want someone to be able to access my amazon account throught some odd way via having my Blink acc

I am just thinking in terms of the utilization/necessity of the license in other areas like BRRRR, Fix/Flip, etc.

An existing home will not necessity afford you the same perks, but rather you'll need to bring your down payment, closing costs, and renovation money.  

This includes how to find a property, build a team, finances & other related necessities.

We definitely try to stock up on the necessities, but I will make sure to get the extras!

Assets will continue to increase in value, especially those connected to the primary necessities of life; food, water, shelter. 

Housing is a basic necessity.
