I'm a 25 year old software engineer and new real estate investor who's already taken the plunge and done their first deal: I recently closed on my first flip with my partner where we renovated and sold a 2-family in Brooklyn.  

The location on this flip is a huge influence on the asking price.

Does anyone use any software for managing data and teams?

You could also ask the bookkeeper which CPA does he/she collaborate with and then verify the competence level with with the CPA.If you are concerned about the safety of your financial documents, most cloud based accountants use software (Quickbooks, file sharing services, etc) with bank-level encryption. 

We set a policy that all of our communication goes through our property management software outside of normal business hours.

Now that I'm doing it full time, the need to be more organized with costs, contractor and materials scheduling etc. has become apparent.What software are you using to project manage your rehabs/flips?

Each vendor schedule everything with the tenants, no keys required.You should checkout Appfolio, they offer a call center for $200, plus with their software you can manage the portfolio more easily yourself or hire your own manager to do it for you at some point, etc.

I feel it is so important, I designed software to analyze, plan and execute it.  

Does anyone know or have used Daniil Kleyman's "RehabValuator" program?
If so what are your thoughts on this?
It's pricing @ $29/month or $197/year.
