My guess is it was done to try and terrace the property a bit and create a flatter spot next to the house instead of having a steep slope in the back.

I can't seem to find straight answers anywhere (totally could be looking in the wrong spots - I'm new to this!) 

Why not just do LVP in the spot you're looking at? 

So many successful investors come from the construction/carpentry/plumbing/electrical industry because it was there advantage.

I read that Booking.com was also taking a hit and yet, I also read that the tourist industry was experiencing a boom.

I have my own frustratoins re how to manage a large compaign.Plus There's a question with the roll out of newer FCC/industry clamping down on spam SMS how viable any SMS tool will be by the end of 2021 or even today?
