We expect someone commenting on how great life insurance investments are  to reveal if he’s an insurance salesman, and someone who suggests buying property in Cleveland is great to reveal they’re a Cleveland based real estate broker.  

I won't bash them too hard, because once in a blue moon there are actual deals you can come across, but having a second filter/eyes on the deal can really be great insurance against buying a dud.

@Bradley SnyderNever done it but I would guess there are homes that do not have insurance that get destroyed and homeowners will walk from them.
