The condo is in a midrise building with the $525 HOA covering all utilities (unmetered), amenities (pool, gym, game room, etc), parking, snow removal, security, master insurance.

Long story short, I would later visit in jeans or gym shorts, bought myself an old beat up Toyota Camry, would only go out with hours of daylight left, and got myself a CPL to carry every visit thereafter. - Parenting/family issues.

Small businesses will absolutely be impacted, particularly retail and gyms.  

However, they are also in predominantly high income areas.Another idea:My off-site office is in a high end private gym.

I use one room as a gym, one as an office, then a bedroom.

Many businesses are still open here including gyms as long as there are no more than 10 people in a single room and they are able to maintain social distancing. 

It seems that restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, hotels, etc. are going to have a hard time coming back.

Ohio, where I live, closed all gyms, movie theaters, restaurants and bars other than carry-out and delivery. 

A class brand new just built all sorts of modern amenities including big GYM  maybe day care  coffee shop etc.. all within blocks of each other same public transportation and same schools.. this is where the New buildings could have big move in bonus's and renters leave the lower tire props for the brand new one.. you still need great/good credit to get into ABC in Portland..  

I will typically offer them a temporary membership to a local gym where they can shower to their heart's content.
