eXp Realty uses Regus office space for agents to use, however, most states require that a brokerage have a specific designated office space for your brokerage with signage, etc., particularly if you'll be meeting the public, etc. in that space. 

I would also like for agents to provide recommendations for homes that I have not seen rather than me doing all of the search work.
