Since we only have a 3/4" cold water domestic service line, we need a separate larger incoming service for the fire protection. 

@Marcia MaynardThe neighborhood is safe, the crime committed was a "domestic" crime (a husband figured that hiring a hit man was more effective than divorcing his wife since he'd have to give her half of all their assets... no prenup) and not a case of unknown thugs coming into the neighborhood.

After signing the contract with her, I sent it to a title company who had their attorney domesticate the divorce decree into AZ (for a fee) making it legal for her to sell the property without her ex-husband. 

(Sports-domestic & international rugby, mostly).

I too have an utter loathing and hatred for bed bugs, having been eaten up by them before and then having an allergic reaction to them.

Another interesting thing to throw in here is that I used to have a good friend of mine, she was a tat artist, that would do cover-up tats for women that had been physically assaulted in domestic violence, so they would never have to look at the scar their abuser put on them OR to reconstruct their face from being attacked.
