Each unit should have a return air duct, and if little Billy in 1A is painting his model car with Testors model paint, and Susan in 2B is cooking delicious garlic bread and spaghetti dinner, the smell of both may be detectable in each others units--due to common air returns to one furnace.

We were even conned into taking the instructors out to dinner on our dime.

The upside is, you don't have show to an office everyday, but the downside is issues arise when you are on vacation, sitting down for dinner with family, and any other inconvenient time you can think of.

About 6-7 months are slow.We had some thoughts about getting “creative” and offering weekend retreats for couples where we lower the price and perhaps add some additional “perks” (Wine and ingredients  for dinner, something like that) perhaps an Hot Tub during the winter could make it more desirable?

. #3 would be the winner-winner chicken dinner for me UNLESS I had a better use for the 11.5% difference in down-payment amount.
