Based on the most recent data, it seems like inflation is not as high or pervasive as previously feared.

My first purchase was totally driven by my fears, but it was wonderful to see it work out (despite me not exactly doing everything right LOL)

One thought process was to basically take a PFS statement and put it to pictures and key metric data with the properties I own.

You may find, as I have, that the first decision to stage is the hardest but when done well data supports a quicker sale and more showings. 

City Data and Google Earth are pretty helpful; as is working with a local broker.

I was able to build a years worth of data so that I could analyze the acceptable net % based on list price, number of times reduced and days on market.  

Also are there any recommendations for this type of data from sources other than Airdna?
