What is the cost of the service?

I won’t sugar coat it when I first got in I didn’t realize the over head cost to run a business .

Of course there is also market opportunity cost to consider.

Working this backwards, what I see is a 3rd party trying to benefit from another’s house via rental cashflow, My only business is 30+ years as probate estate and trust lending in CA.

However, your lending choice will ultimately determine the best route, as rehab costs may consume a portion of your $50,000 investment budget.
