They become this fiend, this villain that could destroy you and is probably the hardest phase of all the phases.It is during the MOVING PHASE, that you must be cool, have all your wits about you and be prepared, yet still be cordial so as not to enrage the monster that seems to be lurking in your Tenant during the MOVING PHASE (as there is NO ANTIDOTE to calm the savage beast once it takes form).

The emotional value she has knowing that we own a rental property free and clear (cash flowing $1000/month) with no debt owed to anyone (aside from county taxes) trumps leveraging that asset to acquire additional properties.Thankfully, the cashflow from that asset and our other properties will enable us to save the 20% down payment on another SFH by the end of the year when the local market cools down a bit.

I was first drawn by the "odd" bldg construction when it started, and realized what it must be, looks about 80% completed now.they are pretty cool  big business lunch draw.. food is decent at least the one in Portlandia I have been to and the one in KC and Scottsdale been to the one in Vegas as well.. its very well thought out.. and HUGE money play
