That along with some hard work and one day not too far you’ll find yourself contemplating what to do with your extra time.

Others have been doing it for a few years and are contemplating spending some months abroad because, well, they can and why not. 

That's basically what I was contemplating about.

If we stay in Nashville,  I'm contemplating selling our house now to better set us up for a house hack, if we don't end up finding a buy and hold further out. 

We are contemplating moving to the area, my wife and I are going to Texas in February to check out the area.

That’s not a bad thing it’s just a thing you know about yourself now.If you’re the type to do self assessments and self improvement, you may want to contemplate why you feel you have to solve the problems of people you have no personal relationship with; why you have to come off as the good guy to yourself.
