I'm living in Jersey City.

If you were to purchase a $400K property in either of these cities today, applying the 3.5% growth rate, that same property would be valued at around $566,000 by 2034.

The good news is that in cities like Berkeley with aggressive rent control, there is always a shortage of available rental units (the rent board bureacrats constantly find ways to perpetuate the housing shortage upon which their jobs depend).

I'd love to hear how people make these projects work as I want to help provide more affordable housing for the markets in our area in the Twin Cities, Duluth, and the Brainerd Lakes Area. 

Never throw your city into a conversation about another city.

It baffles me because locals are soo used to this wonderful city right beneath them that they pass up on opportunities!
