What you describe might work, but here are some thoughts:-attorney/client privelege isn't all-encompassing and only covers SOME of your conversations with an attorney, under SOME conditions.

I don't suppose it would do any good to call them, and in a calm and charming manner (lol) ask to be billed at $49 for both units since we actually have less trash than our single unit neighbors?

Also, the house lacked the "charm" of the older houses in the area and was pretty plain for most buyers.

It seems to truly be an all-encompassing tool for any real estate investor.
